F41 - October 2005 - Fitness for Everybody

Intro: What does being fit mean to you? Being able to run 12 miles, walk three, or just having the energy to push your grand kids on the swings at the park? The truth is, you don't have to be able to run a marathon or be a professional athlete to be fit. And a new book explains that for most people, no matter how old you are or what medical conditions you might have; there are exercises that will improve your level of fitness and your quality of life. More from the husband and wife team who wrote the book, Mayo Clinic Fitness for Everybody.
