Mayo Clinic Specialty Building

The Mayo Clinic Specialty Building is a new, 172,775 square foot outpatient clinic building on the Phoenix campus of Mayo Clinic. Funded primarily by Mayo Clinic benefactors, the building increases Mayo's treatment capacity and enhance patient convenience. The Mayo Clinic Specialty Building is pictured above; Mayo Clinic Hospital is visible on the right side of the image.

The Mayo Clinic Specialty Building is adjacent to the northeast corner of Mayo Clinic Hospital, which is located on a 210-acre site in northeast Phoenix at 56th Street and Mayo Boulevard.

Completion of the Mayo Clinic Specialty Building has the added benefit of reducing space constraints on the Scottsdale campus, where the long-term focus will be on biomedical research activities and the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center.
