The cafeteria is located on the first floor. Hot entrees, sandwiches, salad bar and soup are available for lunch and dinner. Fresh-baked muffins and cookies are available daily.

Microwave ovens are also available in the cafeteria. Vending machines are available in various locations throughout the hospital.
Hospital chaplains are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to offer counseling and comfort to patients and their families. A chapel, located on the first floor next to the atrium lobby, is always open for prayer and quiet reflection. For more information about chaplain services, call 2-1122 from the hospital campus or 480-342-1122 from off-site.
Security staff members are available to accompany you to and from your vehicle 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To arrange for this service while on campus, call 2-0576. Once inside the hospital, General Service staff members are available at Information Desks from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., to provide directions or escort you to a patient room.
The Mayo Clinic Hospital Gift Shop is located on the first floor.

A mailbox is located outside the main entrance to the hospital. U.S. postage stamps by the book may be purchased at the Gift Shop.
Patient and visitor parking is available on the north side of the hospital in parking lots A and B (refer to map). Parking for patients and visitors is complimentary and parking passes are not required.
Valet parking is available for patients and visitors, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The drop-off location is the hospital main entrance. There is a fee for this service, but if you have a handicap plate or placard, valet parking is complimentary. After 6 p.m., call Security at 2-0576 and they will assist you in getting your vehicle.
Handicapped parking spaces are located throughout the hospital campus. All entrances to the hospital are wheelchair accessible.
Parking for the Emergency Department is available across from the emergency entrance.
A list of campgrounds and RV parks is available from General Service or Security upon request.
Outpatient pharmacies are located at both the clinic and hospital. Prescriptions from Mayo Clinic physicians can be filled at either one of these pharmacies. Preparation materials for tests and examinations also may be purchased.

Mayo Clinic Specialty Pharmacy helps patients with serious chronic diseases (such as multiple sclerosis and hemophilia) manage their medications.
Public restrooms are located in the atrium and on each floor of the hospital near the visitors' elevators. Restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Please do not use patient restrooms. Baby-changing tables are available in some of the public restrooms.
There is a free courtesy shuttle service between Mayo Clinic Hospital and the Mayo Clinic campus in Scottsdale. See PDF for details.
The building and grounds of Mayo Clinic Hospital are designated smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in the hospital, on the grounds or in vehicles on the grounds.
