Treatment in Minnesota

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota offers patients the treatment options described on these pages, including radiofrequency ablation and living-donor liver transplants. Mayo physicians in Minnesota have treated more than 250 patients with liver cancer using radiofrequency ablation.

Treatment Team

A collaborative team of experienced medical and surgical specialists determines the best treatment for each patient. Specialists from Gastroenterology and Hepatology work with those from Oncology, Radiology and other departments, as necessary.
