OBJECTIVES: Primary - Define a risk-based treatment strategy comprising observation only, adjuvant radiotherapy, or adjuvant chemoradiotherapy or neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, surgery, and adjuvant chemotherapy with or without radiotherapy in young patients with non-rhabdomyosarcoma soft tissue sarcoma (NRSTS).
