Kawasaki Disease

Symptoms

Children with Kawasaki disease may have these symptoms:

  • Prolonged high fever
  • Rash
  • Red tongue and lips
  • Red eyes without drainage
  • A swollen lymph node
  • Sore joints
  • Swollen hands and feet
  • Unusual irritability
  • Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain
