The Administrative Fellowship Program is a 24-month postgraduate training program that consists of rotations through several key areas:

Year 1: Core functional rotations

  • Education Administration, Research Administration or both
  • Systems and Procedures
  • Finance
  • Human Resources

Year 2: Flexible year

The program offers opportunities to accommodate your unique career development interests to rotate in other areas, such as:

  • Center for Innovation
  • Planning Services
  • Provider Relations

Or you may have an interim operations management experience.

Professional development

In addition to your rotational assignments, the program allows for additional exposure to leadership by:

  • Participating in a structured mentorship program
  • Attending at least one conference of your choice (for example, American College of Healthcare Executives)
  • Sitting with or potentially serving as an interim leader on institutional leadership committees
