Students Across the Globe Recognize Mayo Clinic as a Most Attractive Employer

College students throughout the globe have named Mayo Clinic a Most Attractive Employer for the 11th straight year, according to a Universum survey of nearly 80,000 undergraduates from 366 colleges.

Universum annually surveys thousands of students at universities throughout the U.S. and 49 other countries to measure perceptions and opinions of the working world.

Recognition in Universum's surveys is not purchased or by application. Rather, student respondents identify which organizations they deem to be ideal.

In the 2015 survey, Mayo Clinic ranked as the No. 1 overall employer among natural science students. Additionally, Mayo ranked highly among other student cohorts, including liberal arts (No. 24), engineering (No. 44), business (No. 65) and IT (No. 68).

Universum monitors trends and collects data to help companies attract, recruit and retain top talent. The information has become the industry standard for benchmarking the opinions of industry leaders of tomorrow and is recognized in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and other leading business and collegiate media.
