Students Recognize Mayo Clinic as a Most Attractive Employer
College students have named Mayo Clinic a Most Attractive Employer for the 12th straight year, according to a Universum survey of more than 70,000 undergraduates from 359 colleges.
Universum annually surveys thousands of students at colleges and universities throughout the U.S. to measure perceptions and opinions of the working world.
Recognition in Universum's surveys is not purchased or by application. Rather, student respondents identify which organizations they deem to be ideal.
In the 2016 survey, Mayo Clinic ranked as the No. 1 overall employer among natural science students. This is the second year in a row that Mayo Clinic ranked No. 1 with natural science students.
Universum monitors trends and collects data to help companies attract, recruit and retain top talent. The information has become the industry standard for benchmarking the opinions of industry leaders of tomorrow and is recognized in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and other leading business and collegiate media.
