Mayo Clinic offers an exciting and innovative new nursing graduate support program that has been designed to assist the next generation of nursing professionals in developing the necessary skills to maintain the high quality of care that is the Mayo standard. We invite you to consider joining us as professional nursing colleagues at Mayo Clinic.
The New Nursing Graduate Support program at Mayo Clinic was developed to assist each new graduate nurse in successfully preparing for and passing the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN); become licensed in the State of Arizona as a Registered Nurse; and transition from a new graduate to a fully competent, professional nurse.
Two full-time Nursing Educational Specialists (NESs) are dedicated to leading this program, through an educational design that reflects a comprehensive and innovative approach to learning. Other nursing colleagues within the organization also assist and support new nursing graduates throughout their journey.
The New Nursing Graduate Program can be a two-tier approach, starting either as a Nurse Technician II or New Graduate RN. Explore these two options and see which is most appropriate for you.
Both Nurse Technician IIs and New Graduate RNs may apply to RN New Grad positions.
