Mayo Clinic actively recruits current students, recent graduates and also individuals who may be interested in retraining or starting a new career. Whether you're looking for a full-time position or an internship while you're still in school, we encourage you to explore what we have to offer. Nurses, pharmacists and other allied health care professionals are vital to us, but so are the skills and talents of people with other types of training. Without the talent of employees in fields such as finance and information technology, statistics and research, we would not be able to serve our patients with the high standard of care for which we are known.
You can meet Mayo Clinic representatives at career fairs, at conferences supported by national organizations and associations, and also locally. Please visit Recruiting Events to find out where we will be recruiting. If you miss us and want to join our team, visit our Jobs in Rochester page to search and apply for a position.
Mayo Clinic offers individuals a chance to gain quality career experience through an internship or one of our training programs. You will learn through daily, on-the-job interaction with colleagues and will become a valued member of the Mayo Clinic team. The learning that occurs working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced co-workers is often the most meaningful and long-lasting. Mayo colleagues, among them national and international experts in their fields, may become your prime sources of knowledge and understanding. Through shared successes and challenges, your fellow employees will contribute to your growth — and you'll contribute to theirs as well.
