Mayo Clinic offers a choice of three excellent medical plans to employees, domestic partners and family members.

Prescription Drug Plan

Employees will receive pharmacy benefits if enrolled in one of the three Mayo Medical Plans.

Dental/Vision Reimbursement*

Mayo Clinic makes an annual contribution to your Dental/Vision Reimbursement Account to use for eligible dental and vision expenses for you and your family. Not available to participants of the Mayo Horizon medical plan.

Ask Mayo Clinic is a 24-hour medical resource line, staffed by registered nurses, to help you decide on the appropriate level of care.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Use of these accounts allows you to use pre-tax dollars for reimbursement of eligible healthcare and dependent care costs. Not available to participants of the Mayo Horizon medical plan.

Long-Term Care Insurance*

This insurance is a voluntary benefit designed to cover the costs associated with long-term care.
