The Nurse Residency Program at Mayo Clinic in Arizona has two opportunities:

To begin the R.N. state licensure application process prior to graduation, visit the Arizona State Board of Nursing website and click RN/LPN Application by Examination.
Current Arizona R.N. license is required upon hire. Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire and must be valid for 90 days or more from your start date. Electrocardiogram (ECG) competency must be completed satisfactorily within six months of hire and maintained annually. You must also maintain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required by your specific unit, as well as any specialty certifications required by your unit.
Those hired as an R.N. after Jan. 1, 2013, who do not currently have either a baccalaureate or master's degree in nursing will be required to complete a baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited program within six years of their start date.
