Division of Hematology/Oncology Appointment Office

The Division of Hematology/Oncology Appointment Office is happy to discuss referrals and provide consultation to physician colleagues outside of Mayo Clinic. The appointment office is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday. Please call us at 904-953-7290.

Patients may be referred for a full evaluation or, if appropriate, for a consultation only. Current clinical laboratory data, pathology and scans should always be made available at the time of evaluation.

Referring Physicians Service

To refer a patient to Mayo Clinic in Florida, you may also call our Referring Physician's Service at 1-800-634-1417 (toll free) or 904-953-2934, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.

Bone Marrow Transplantation

For appointments or information about bone marrow transplantation (also called BMT or blood and marrow transplantation), please call 904-953-7222.

The Breast Center

The Breast Center coordinates cancer services, research studies and education to provide quality, state-of-the-art care for men and women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer or are at high risk for developing the disease. For appointments, please call 904-953-0707 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday

Familial Cancer Program

The Familial Cancer Program helps identify people at increased risk for cancer due to hereditary factors and helps them understand their level of risk. The program also provides patients the opportunity to participate in research studies that may help determine if recently identified cancer genes contribute to risk in their families.
