Want a new way to enjoy fresh fruit? Try mango salsa pizza. Mix together 1 cup chopped red or green bell peppers, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped mango, 1/2 cup chopped pineapple, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1/2 cup fresh cilantro. Spread over a 12-inch prepared whole-wheat pizza crust. Bake at 425 F until the toppings are hot and the crust is browned, about 5 to 10 minutes.
