On the road? Get your exercise!

Want to exercise but the hotel doesn't have a pool or fitness center? Get creative! Walk up and down the hotel halls and climb stairs between hallway laps. Skip rope at the edge of the parking area. Or do a few sets of jumping jacks, push-ups, pull-ups, crunches and leg squats right in your room.
