Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  2. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  3. 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  4. 1 tablespoon horseradish
  5. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
  7. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Chill and serve.
