You can eat healthy away from home, even at fast-food restaurants. To keep calories down, remember to watch what you drink. Skip the large soda, which can have upward of 200 calories, in favor of unsweetened iced tea, plain water, sparkling water or mineral water. Also skip the shakes and other ice-cream drinks, which can have hundreds of calories and all the saturated fat you're allotted for the day.
