Want a new way to enjoy fresh fruit? Make your own lemon-lime fruit dip. Mix together 4 ounces (113 grams) of low-fat, sugar-free lemon yogurt, 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice and 1 teaspoon lime zest. Serve with pineapple chunks, strawberries, diced kiwi, sliced bananas and grapes.
