Gastroenterologists at Mayo Clinic in Florida are among the most experienced in the southeast United States in endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) techniques. At the state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center, thousands of outpatient procedures are completed annually, including colonoscopy, laser endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasonography. If you need hospitalization, you'll be admitted to the Mayo Clinic Hospital on the Jacksonville campus.

Many health care professionals work together as a team to determine how best to treat you. The gastric cancer health care team includes specialists from general surgery, gastroenterology and hepatology, hematology/oncology, radiology, radiation oncology and other specialists if needed.
