Mayo Family Clinic Northwest has a team of primary care providers and allied health staff from the areas of Community Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, Family Medicine, and Primary Care Internal Medicine. These physicians and staff also work together with Mayo Family Clinic Northeast to meet the primary care needs of our patients.

The family clinic appointment staff will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling requests. If your care provider is not available for an appointment on a specific day, the staff can offer you an appointment with a different provider from Mayo Family Clinic Northwest.

Family medicine services consolidated at Baldwin Building

Beginning July 8, 2006, Saturday family medicine services at Mayo Family Clinic Northwest will consolidate to the Baldwin Building downtown. This means both Northeast and Northwest clinics, including pharmacy and lab, will be closed on Saturdays. The reason for the Saturday consolidation is to provide more complete patient-focused care in a single site with consistent provision of ancillary services. Covered, free parking is available in the Baldwin parking ramp on Saturdays.

Even though family medicine services are consolidating to the Baldwin Building, the phone number to call for Saturday appointments will not change. Continue to call the Northwest Clinic, 538-8555, for Saturday appointments.
