Application Process

Please complete the Mayo Clinic online employment application and submit the following completed forms by March 1 to:

The reference request document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. You must be available for a full 10-week assignment starting in May and ending in August.

• Letter to Nursing School Faculty/ Reference Request (PDF)
• Official or unofficial transcript (obtain from your registrar's office)
