Stress management and resilience training is an optional program offering available at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. In a single 90-minute, one-on-one session, you'll learn how your brain and mind generate unwanted stress every day. Based on this understanding, you'll be taught a two-step program empowering you to handle stress and enhance your physical, emotional and mental well-being.
This training is designed to help refine your executive skills, including attention, memory, judgment, decision-making, clarity of thinking, control of inhibitions, and the ability to cultivate a balanced and flexible disposition.
