Many readers have commented on how they relate to my comments about techno-stress, time pressures, and today's explosion of responsibilities and expectations. Everyone has different tools in their survival toolbox. And it's important to be open to new or better methods for managing stress.
Unfortunately there's no universal vaccine to eliminate these stressors. And after all it's not the problems that can kill you but rather your reaction to those problems.
Every day you have 1,440 minutes to spend. Of course, some of those minutes must be committed to work and sleep, but you also have discretionary time that you can use as you choose. Are you making smart choices?
If you don't unplug the gadgets and control other distractions, your energy and focus will become scattered and you'll never achieve the greatness that is within you. The choice is yours. How will you spend your 1,440 minutes?
