Continuing Medical Education

To improve the care of women everywhere, Mayo Clinic Women's Health sponsors an annual national course, Transforming Women's Health. This conference informs healthcare providers about emerging scientific and clinical evidence on medical conditions that are unique to women, occur more frequently in women or present differently in women.

Women's Health Grand Rounds

Mayo Clinic Women's Health sponsors a biweekly Grand Rounds series for Mayo Clinic staff featuring expert speakers in women's health topics and the annual Penny and Bill George Lectureship on Integrative Medicine in Women's Health.

Sex and gender education

Mayo Clinic Women's Health spearheads efforts to incorporate sex and gender curriculum into all schools within the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.

Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women's Health (BIRCWH)

Mayo Clinic Women's Health partners with the Women's Health Research Center to support this federally funded mentored career development program, which aims to train the next generation of researchers in women's health.
