Transplant Patient Pilot Program

Mayo Clinic Erickson Hair & Skin Care Center has introduced a pilot program to assist Mayo Clinic patients who are experiencing the cosmetic side effects of solid organ transplant.

The program, "Creating Confidence for Organ Transplant Patients Coping With Cosmetic Side Effects," provides you with up-to-date information, customized services and products to help you maintain your personal appearance following an organ transplant and during follow-up treatments.

People in the program receive a complimentary, individualized session covering techniques to manage hair loss and thinning, skills to care for skin and nails, and tips for applying cosmetics as a corrective measure.
