Appointments

Mayo Clinic works with hundreds of insurance companies and is an in-network provider for millions of people. In most cases, Mayo Clinic doesn't require a physician referral. Some insurers require referrals or may have additional requirements for certain medical care. All appointments are prioritized on the basis of medical need.

Arizona

Mayo Clinic doctors trained in neurology, neurosurgery, neuroradiology and neuropsychology diagnose and treat people who have epilepsy at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. Staff in the Epilepsy Clinic at Mayo Clinic in Arizona cares for adults who have epilepsy. People who are being evaluated for epilepsy and seizures may be monitored in a video-EEG epilepsy monitoring unit.

For appointments or more information, call the Central Appointment Office at 800-446-2279 (toll-free) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain time, Monday through Friday or complete an online appointment request form.

Florida

Mayo Clinic doctors trained in neurology, neurosurgery, neuroradiology and neuropsychology diagnose and treat people who have epilepsy at Mayo Clinic in Florida. People who are being evaluated for epilepsy and seizures may be monitored in the video-EEG Epilepsy Monitoring Unit.

For appointments or more information, call the Central Appointment Office at 904-953-0853 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday or complete an online appointment request form.

Minnesota

Mayo Clinic doctors trained in epilepsy, neurology, neurosurgery, neuroradiology, pediatric neurology and neuropsychology diagnose and treat adults and children who have epilepsy at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. People who are being evaluated for epilepsy may be monitored in a video-EEG epilepsy monitoring unit.

For appointments or more information, call the Central Appointment Office at 507-538-3270 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday or complete an online appointment request form.

Children

Doctors trained in pediatric neurology, neurosurgery, neuropsychology and other areas diagnose and treat children who have epilepsy at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Staff in the Mayo Eugenio Litta Children's Hospital cares for children requiring hospitalization. Children being evaluated for epilepsy may be monitored in a video-EEG epilepsy monitoring unit.
