The Interviewing Process

After you submit your online profile, you may be contacted by Human Resources to discuss your interest in the positions that are available. A short questionnaire and reference check may also be performed. If you are contacted to schedule an onsite interview, you will meet with a Human Resources staffing specialist in the Ozmun Building. An overview of Mayo Clinic benefits and a 'Spoken and Written Communication Assessment' will be conducted. You will then meet with two Environmental Services supervisors who will conduct a behavioral interview. The entire interview process will take approximately 90 minutes to complete.
