Financial Services

As much as possible, Mayo Clinic tries to remove financial considerations from medical care and has direct payment contracts with a variety of international insurers. A dedicated staff of international account representatives is available to assist patients with financial details before, during and after their visit to Mayo Clinic. Services may include offering information about deposits and payment; providing cost estimates and cost updates for medical services; and maintaining contact with patients' insurance providers or other payers.

Mayo Clinic strives to provide timely, accurate and concise billing services to patients and families, and our staff is available to assist with any concerns that may arise.
