Referrals

You may directly refer your patients for endoscopic ultrasound with only basic, pre-procedure evaluation. The program is designed for gastroenterologists, surgeons and oncologists who don't require a separate gastroenterological consultation but do need to request an endoscopic ultrasound procedure.

A recent (within 30 to 90 days) history and physical exam, labs (CBC, electrolytes, PT/INR) and relevant imaging (CT, MRI, endoscopy) results should be faxed for review prior to scheduling.
