Endocrine Testing Center

Accurate and dependable endocrine function testing is one of the cornerstones of the Mayo practice. Standardization of procedures and protocols is essential for the reliable interpretation of dynamic endocrine testing results. The Endocrine Testing Center is a multi-station outpatient facility located within the clinic practice area that is staffed by a team of registered nurses and technical assistants, who perform under the directorship of Dr. D. Erickson, her endocrinology staff colleagues, and trainees. The Endocrine Testing Center has been an integral support function of the practice in Rochester since 1976 and more than 145,000 tests and procedures have been performed.

Hours: Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Endocrinology and Metabolism Consulting Service — Saint Marys Hospital

This group includes consultants from the Division of Endocrinology, endocrinology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students. It provides emergency and nonemergency endocrine consultative services to patients at St. Marys Hospital. Patient visits by this group are arranged through requests from the patient's primary care physician or a surgical or subspecialty service.
