Minnesota

Neurologists trained in multiple sclerosis evaluate and treat people with multiple sclerosis or related conditions. Doctors trained in physical medicine and rehabilitation, urology, and other areas may be involved in your care.

Children

Doctors trained in pediatric neurology work with doctors trained in physical medicine and rehabilitation, psychiatry and psychology, and other areas to evaluate and treat children with multiple sclerosis at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.

Social workers and nurses also may be involved in your child's care. Team members work together to meet the needs of children and their families, offering coping tools such as individual and family counseling. Children who need hospitalization receive care at the Mayo Eugenio Litta Children's Hospital.
