Giving Levels
The symbol for Mayo Alumni Laureates is the 1928 Plummer Building doors. Laureates receive a sculpture of the symbol, which was commissioned by Mayo to honor this important level of support.
Members Circle
- Recognizes members whose gift and pledge total equals $10,000 or more
- Commitment may be met with installments of $500 for
those under age 40
- Also recognizes those who provide $25,000 or more to Mayo Foundation through an estate commitment
Leaders Circle
- Celebrates members whose gift and pledge total equals $25,000 or more, or those who provide $50,000 or more to Mayo Foundation through an estate commitment
Founders Circle
- Recognizes members whose gift and pledge total equals $50,000 or more, and those who provide $100,000 or more to Mayo Foundation through an estate commitment
Mayo Alumni Laureates
- Established in 1998 to honor leadership philanthropy among Mayo's medical staff and the worldwide community of Mayo alumni
- Designated as Laureates upon achieving qualifying levels of philanthropic support through lifetime and irrevocable planned giving
- Designation also is applied retrospectively to deceased alumni who have provided qualifying levels of support
