The symbol for Mayo Alumni Laureates is the 1928 Plummer Building doors. Laureates receive a sculpture of the symbol, which was commissioned by Mayo to honor this important level of support.
Members Circle
Recognizes members whose gift and pledge total equals $10,000 or more
Commitment may be met with installments of $500 for
those under age 40
Also recognizes those who provide $25,000 or more to Mayo Foundation through an estate commitment
Leaders Circle
Celebrates members whose gift and pledge total equals $25,000 or more, or those who provide $50,000 or more to Mayo Foundation through an estate commitment
Founders Circle
Recognizes members whose gift and pledge total equals $50,000 or more, and those who provide $100,000 or more to Mayo Foundation through an estate commitment
Mayo Alumni Laureates
Established in 1998 to honor leadership philanthropy among Mayo's medical staff and the worldwide community of Mayo alumni
Designated as Laureates upon achieving qualifying levels of philanthropic support through lifetime and irrevocable planned giving
Designation also is applied retrospectively to deceased alumni who have provided qualifying levels of support
