In memory or in honor
Any gift can be made in memory or in honor of a special person or event. When making your gift, please indicate the name of the person you wish to honor and provide a mailing address on the contribution form, in a short note or in the memo portion of a check addressed to Mayo Clinic.

Mayo Clinic will send a notification of your generous remembrance to the individual or individuals memorialized or honored (your gift amount is not disclosed).

Matching gifts
Many employers have matching-gift programs through which your generosity to Mayo Clinic can be multiplied. As a not-for-profit institution, Mayo Clinic is eligible for many matching-gift programs of corporations, foundations and other organizations.

Obituary information
