Dermatology in Arizona

Overview

The Department of Dermatology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona offers a full range of dermatologic care for both common and rare problems of skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes.

The department is composed of 10 board-certified physicians with expertise in the areas of medical, surgical (including Mohs) and pediatric dermatology. Board-certified plastic surgeons work along with the dermatology team to provide a variety of in-office cosmetic and laser procedures on our Scottsdale campus.

The Department of Dermatology also offers expert dermatopathology services for dermatologists and other professionals in Arizona.

Dermatologists at Mayo Clinic in Arizona also contribute to the Valley community through a variety of public health efforts.

Internationally recognized education and research

Extensive research and education is performed in a variety of areas, including skin allergy and the diagnosis of abnormal moles and skin cancers via advanced imaging technologies in an effort to establish a diagnosis without a biopsy.
