Overview

The Department of Dermatology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona offers a full range of dermatologic care for both common and rare problems of skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes.

The department is composed of nine board-certified physicians with expertise in the areas of medical, surgical (including Mohs) and pediatric dermatology. Extensive support is offered by our dermatopathology team, and a variety of cosmetic and laser procedures are available. The dermatology team at Mayo Clinic in Arizona is committed to contributing to the Valley community through a variety of public health efforts.

Internationally recognized education and research

Extensive research and education is performed in a variety of arenas, including skin allergy and the diagnosis of abnormal moles and skin cancers via advanced imaging technologies in an effort to establish a diagnosis without a biopsy.
