As a referring physician, you can make an appointment for a patient with urologic problems by calling:

This service is reserved exclusively for the use of physicians and their staffs. It is the best way to make patient appointments and arrange telephone consultations with Mayo staff members.

Inpatient Referral (Hospital Transfers)

The operator can contact the staff Urology Consultant on-call (or any other specialist you request).

Call the Mayo Emergency Communications Center at 800-237-6822 to request Gold Cross (ground ambulance), Mayo One (helicopter ambulance), or Mayo One Airplane (fixed-wing air ambulance).
