1. A Study to Enroll Patients of Rheumatic Diseases and First-degree Relatives in a Biobank

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to enroll rheumatic disease patients and first-degree relatives in a biobank, and to follow them over time to assess health outcomes and collect additional specimens.

2. Exploring the Role of B-cell Activating Factor Receptor (BAFFR)-based Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR T) in BAFFR-expressing B-cell Hematologic Malignancies and Autoimmune Rheumatologic Disorders

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purposes of this study are to explore the therapeutic efficacy of BAFFR-CAR T cells in BAFFR-expressing B-cell hematologic malignancies including large B-cell, mantle cell and follicular lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-cell ALL) using primary tumor and/or patient derived xenograft models, and to explore the therapeutic efficacy of BAFFR-CAR T cells in autoimmune rheumatologic diseases including  systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitis using primary samples and/or patient derived xenograft models.

    

3. Daratumumab to Treat Active Lupus Nephritis

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness and safety of daratumumab in inducing complete or partial remission in patients with active class III or IV (± V) lupus nephritis (LN) as measured by change in proteinuria and serum creatinine.

5. A Study to Evaluate Cardiopulmonary Complications in Systemic Sclerosis

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to assess whether our not the percentage of pulmonary related vascular structures (PRVS) determined by the quantitative CT (Q-CT) tool CALIPER is a novel measure that can be used for the early detection of pulmonary vascular remodeling in patients with SSc.  pulmonary related vascular structures

6. PRA023 in Subjects with Systemic Sclerosis Associated with Interstitial Lung Disease

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of PRA023 in subjects with Systemic Sclerosis (SSc) with diffuse cutaneous disease and Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD). 

7. Biomarkers in Autoimmune and Inflammatory Diseases

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to identify biomarkers in people with autoimmune or inflammatory disease and in healthy people. We will use these biomarkers to develop tests that will help us better understand the same biomarkers in the blood of people who have autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

8. A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of Oral Ixazomib in Scleroderma-related Lung Disease Patients

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ixazomib in patients with scleroderma.

9. Observational Study of Pediatric Rheumatic Diseases: The CARRA Registry

   Rochester, Minn.

   Continuation of the CARRA Registry as described in the protocol will support data collection on patients with pediatric-onset rheumatic diseases. The CARRA Registry will form the basis for future CARRA studies. In particular, this observational registry will be used to answer pressing questions about therapeutics used to treat pediatric rheumatic diseases, including safety questions.
