Enteric physiology of small bowel transplantation: motility and absorption
This laboratory has had continuous funding from the National Institutes of Health for the past 15 years. The focus of the laboratory is the study of the enteric function of the denervated gut using both in vivio and in vitro models (dog, rat, mouse).
