Craniopharyngioma

Treatment of Children

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota has pediatric specialists to care for children who have craniopharyngioma. Brain tumors in children can be complex, but Mayo Clinic combines the most current treatment facilities with a team of pediatric care providers who offer children their best chance for surviving brain tumors. Pediatric neuro-oncologists, endocrinologists, behavioral pediatricians, and other physicians can minimize long-term effects of the tumor.

For more information about brain tumors in children and the treatments available, see Pediatric Brain Tumors.

All diagnosis and treatment options described in these pages are available at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.
