The Heart Failure Clinic at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is one of the largest heart failure clinics in the world. Nearly 8,000 people have been treated there in the past two decades.

The Advanced Heart Failure Clinic at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is one of the few facilities in the United States devoted to the surgical treatment of advanced heart failure. A team that includes heart failure specialists, transplant cardiologists and surgeons assesses people who may need a ventricular assist device (VAD), conventional but high-risk cardiac surgery or referral for transplantation.

For appointments or more information, call the Central Appointment Office at 507-538-3270 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday or complete an online appointment request form.
