Groups and Organizations

The Rochester community takes pride in extending its warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors. People embrace civic cooperation and activity, confirmed by the great number of clubs and organizations.

Youth Groups
Traditional youth clubs like Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts are complemented by educational groups like Teens 'n' Topics and Upward Bound.

Fraternal and Service Groups
Fraternal organizations and service clubs abound. Most groups, such as Rotary, Kiwanis and Sertoma, offer early-riser as well as lunchtime meetings.

Women's groups range from American Association of University Women to F.E.M.A.L.E. (Formerly Employed Mothers at the Leading Edge). There's also a local chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution and the Garden and Flower Club.
