Parents are Important in Rochester (PAIIR) is a parent/child education program available to all families with children from birth to kindergarten enrollment.
The Public Library's collection has more than 290,000 books plus magazines, CDs, videos and Internet access. Library cards are available to all Rochester and Olmsted County residents.
