Support Groups at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville

Sharing your story or expressing your concerns can help to make a difference — for you and for those who are fighting the same disease.

The support groups at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville welcome survivors and their caregivers for a time of sharing and encouragement. The meetings are free and open to the public.

Alzheimer's Disease Caregiver Support Group

A free support group for those who provide care for a loved one with dementia. The meetings focus on Alzheimer's disease and the challenges facing caregivers.

Transplant Caregiver Support Group

A free support group for caregivers of transplant patients. The meetings are an open forum for discussing topics related to the caregiving experience.

Heart/Lung Transplant Support Group

A speaker/educational group for pre and post solid organ transplant patients and caregivers.
