Mayo Clinic works with hundreds of insurance companies and is an in-network provider for millions of people. In most cases, Mayo Clinic doesn't require a physician referral. Some insurers require referrals or may have additional requirements for certain medical care. All appointments are prioritized on the basis of medical need.

Specialists in gastroenterology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona have extensive experience and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation in adults. Motility specialists from gastroenterology and colon and rectal surgery, as well as pelvic floor specialists in gynecology and physical medicine, will work with you to develop your treatment plan.

Specialists at Mayo Clinic in Florida have extensive experience and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation in adults. Motility specialists from gastroenterology, colon and rectal surgery and pelvic floor specialists in gynecology work together to treat chronic constipation.

Specialists in gastroenterology at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota have extensive experience and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation. They work with specialists from the Motility Interest Group, colon and rectal surgery, and physical medicine to treat chronic constipation. Care for children with chronic constipation is available from specialists in pediatric gastroenterology.
