Daily Tasks
Develops and implements recruitment strategies for all allied health positions by enhancing recruitment tools, coordinating marketing and public relations activities, and establishing and maintaining relationships with colleges and professional minority organizations. Manages the staffing process, including recruiting candidates, screening and interviewing applicants, making job offers and collecting all data associated with the process.
Excellent time management, customer service, organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills. Need to be proficient in a variety of software programs, and speaking a second language is helpful.

Office setting.
Work Hours
This position is salaried. Although the typical schedule is Monday - Friday, hours vary depending on workload, meeting schedule and assignment.
Must have Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications include human resources experience and certification in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
