SERVICE PARTNER
Daily Tasks
Partners with management to develop strategies that will meet the human resource needs of the department. Works cooperatively with managers, administration, colleagues and others to provide expertise in problem solving, labor issues and personnel strategies. Serves as an advocate and supporter of Mayo Clinic goals and visions.
Skills/Talents
Excellent time management, problem solving, conflict resolution, people skills, customer service, organizational skills, and verbal and written communication skills. Must also have proficiency in a variety of software programs.
Work Setting
Office setting.
Work Hours
This position is salaried. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday, but hours vary depending on workload, meeting schedule and assignment.
Education
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with five years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field with five years of relevant experience, and certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
