Partners with management to develop strategies that will meet the human resource needs of the department. Works cooperatively with managers, administration, colleagues and others to provide expertise in problem solving, labor issues and personnel strategies. Serves as an advocate and supporter of Mayo Clinic goals and visions.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with five years of relevant experience.

| Qualifications |

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field with five years of relevant experience, and certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
