RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST
Daily Tasks
Makes diagnostic X-ray images of patients. Requires competence in a variety of equipment, including computed tomography, mammography and magnetic resonance imaging.

Work Setting
A radiology procedure room in a clinic and hospital setting.
Work Hours
Varied work schedules with some on-call requirements (including evenings, nights, holidays and weekends).
Education
Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
Qualifications
Candidates must be ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certified in radiography or registry eligible.

college prep, computer applications, photography, healthcare sciences, biology, chemistry, physics, algebra, geometry, second language and psychology
