Helps make patient's visit to the doctor go smoothly. Duties include keeping track of medical records and test reports, coordinating appointments, receiving patients and visitors and answering phones. Interacts with physicians, technologists, therapists, patients and patients' family members.

High school graduate or GED. Completion of patient service representative training.

|
Must have knowledge of computers, computer software, desk procedures and Clinic policies.
