| Daily Tasks |

Read the written prescription from the physician; enter the information into the computer system; calculate doses; take into account patient's insurance restrictions; assemble the prescription (measure, count, pour, apply label); sell to customer. Tasks are administered under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Pharmacies in hospitals, retails stores or clinics.

|
Sunday-Saturday, all shifts (24/7) in a hospital or 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday in clinic settings.

|
High school diploma or GED. On-the-job training or associate degree from an accredited program.

| Qualifications |
|
Past experience and ability to pass capability tests are required.
