Job security is important to me. Working in the health-care field provides that security for me. Job growth is also important. I can move on to different jobs at Mayo Clinic.

My job is to support the pharmacists. Some days I spend a lot of time answering phones, another day I process medications, and yet another day I deliver medications. I work with many different people, pharmacists, supervisors and nursing staff, to name a few.

You have to be able to communicate with people in this job. You also want to be happy with what you are doing. You want people around you to be confident that you will perform your job.

Mayo is well-known throughout the world and working here has improved my self-esteem. I now have the confidence to work anywhere.
