| Daily Tasks |

Collects blood samples from patients for laboratory testing. Also performs other duties such as bleeding times, point-of-care testing and specimen preparation.

|
Patient rooms within the hospital, as well as the emergency department.

|
Monday-Sunday shifts. Some weekend work required. Varied schedule from 20 hours/week to 40 hours/week.

| Education |
|
High school diploma or GED required. On-the-job training will be provided.
|

| Qualifications |
|
Phlebotomy experience preferred. Some knowledge of medical terminology.
